Your aspirations become a reality with the assistance of Silverspoon Care Social and Community Participation Services.
Assistance for Disability
provides daily assistance with things like personal hygiene, going to the community and participating in its events, working and studying, and home assistance with things like cleaning, shopping, and assisted exercise.
Plan Management
makes it easier for you to manage your NDIS money. We manage provider bills on your behalf and use the NDIS Portal to pay them in 2–5 working days. It is your choice to work with any service provider, NDIS registration or not.
Help With Travel/Backup
Reasonable and necessary taxi or other private transportation costs may also be covered by the participant’s transport supports if they are unable to travel on their own.
Accommodations for Specialized Disability
Our crew has a keen eye for detail and is quite proficient in this area. They know when extra accommodations are needed and what may be done to adjust a house.
